Official Rules
BreathRx Scrape & Win Game
1. HOW TO PLAY: Go to BreathRx.com and follow the on-screen instructions to play the BreathRx Scrape & Win instant win game. Scrape & Win is an ongoing monthly promotion that will continue until termination by Discus Dental/BreathRx. Discus Dental/BreathRx will give 30 days notice of the termination date. You may play one time daily; however, there is a limit of one featured prize (product discounts and offers excluded) per email address during any monthly promotion period. Each promotion period begins on the first day of each month at 12:01 AM (PST) and ends on the last day of the month at 11:59:59 PM (PST)
2. TO CLAIM AN INSTANT WIN PRIZE: To claim an instant win prize, follow the on-screen instructions for claiming a prize. All claims are subject to verification. Materials submitted become the sole property of Discus Dental/BreathRx and will not be returned. If by any reason of an error, more prizes are claimed than the number set forth in these official rules, all persons making purportedly valid claims will be included in a random drawing to award the advertised number of prize category in question. No more than the advertised number of prizes will be awarded.
3. INSTANT WIN PRIZES: An undetermined number of promotional and product discount prizes will be awarded each month of the promotion period. Number of such prizes rewarded will be dependent on the number of participants in the Scratch & Win promotion. Winners may receive discounts on BreathRx products including: BreathRx Starter Kits, BreathRx Purifying Toothpaste 4 oz., BreathRx Anti-Bacterial Mouth Rinse 16 oz., BreathRx Tongue Scraper 3 pack, and BreathRx Anti-Bacterial Tongue Spray 2 oz.. Additionally, three (3) featured monthly prizes will be awarded.
4. FEATURED MONTHLY PRIZES:
MONTHLY GRAND PRIZE
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded monthly. Winner will receive a BreathRx prize package valued at no less than $100 MSRP. Grand Prize package may include a combination of the aforementioned General Prize items.
MONTHLY SECOND PRIZE
One (1) Second Prize will be awarded monthly. Winner will receive a BreathRx prize package valued at no less than $80 MSRP. Grand Prize package may include a combination of the aforementioned General Prize items.
MONTHLY THIRD PRIZE
One (1) Third Prize will be awarded monthly. Winner will receive a BreathRx prize package valued at no less than $60 MSRP. Grand Prize package may include a combination of the aforementioned General Prize items.
Odds of winning depend upon the total number of persons who play.
Game is open only to legal U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older at time of entry, except employees of Discus Dental, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each. This game is sponsored by Discus Dental, Culver City, CA, USA. Void where prohibited.
5. GENERAL: No cash equivalents, substitutions or transfer of prizes permitted except that Discus Dental/BreathRx reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event that an offered prize is unavailable. Winners are solely responsible for all taxes. neither Discus Dental/BreathRx, its parent, related, affiliated, and subsidiary companies and their respective directors, officers, employees and assigns against any and all claims and liability arising our of use of prize. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges. Discus Dental/BreathRx is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer or in administration of the game/sweepstakes.
6. INTERNET: Discus Dental/BreathRx is not responsible for lost, late, mutilated or illegible entries nor for electronic transmission errors resulting in omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operations or transmission, theft or destruction of unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, or for technical, network, telephone equipment, electronic, computer, hardware or software malfunctions or limitations of any kind, or inaccurate transmissions of or failure to receive entry information by Discus Dental/BreathRx or presenter on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or any combination thereof. If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Discus Dental/BreathRx which corrupt of affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this sweepstakes, Discus Dental/BreathRx reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the instant win game/sweepstakes. Caution: Any attempt by a contestant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the game is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Discus Dental/BreathRx reserves the right to seek damages from any such contestant to the fullest extend of the law.
