Q.
What foods create the most odors in the mouth?
- Dave, Orlando, FL
A.
Certain foods are more adept at creating bad breath. Obvious problematic sources are onions, garlic, and many pungent spices and herbs. Alcohol is another major offender as it does the injustice of drying the mouth as it is consumed. Since it is improbable that you will be able to constantly avoid odor causing elements the best defense is a great offense. Adopt a regular oral care ritual to combat odor, the BreathRx Brush-Scrape-Rinse System is a perfect example. Stay Fresh!
